We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Officer to manage and oversee security operations across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Security guards recruitment & manpower planning
- Deployment of guards to client locations
- Daily field visits & site inspections
- Monitoring attendance and discipline of guards
- Handling client coordination & issue resolution
- Training & briefing security personnel
- Ensuring smooth operations at all sites
- Maintaining reports (attendance, incidents, deployment)
- Emergency handling & quick response

Requirements:

- Experience in security field / manpower handling (1–3 years preferred)
- Good communication skills (Tamil + Basic English)
- Two-wheeler with valid license (Must)
- Ability to handle multiple sites
- Leadership & problem-solving skills
- Basic reporting knowledge (WhatsApp / Excel)

Salary & Advantages:

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
