Position: Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager

Location: Purple Elephant Hotels & Experiences, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our bar outlets and Velocity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, maximizing sales, maintaining operational standards, managing staff, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B; outlets.

- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant and bar staff.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Control inventory, stock levels, and beverage costs.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff performance.
- Coordinate with kitchen, accounts, and maintenance departments.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Implement promotional activities to increase revenue.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing regulations, and safety standards.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in bars, restaurants, or hotels.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of bar operations, inventory control, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
