EXECUTIVE – COMPLIANCE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support and coordinate compliance activities across

the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to customer, regulatory, and internal

compliance requirements while supporting audit management, certification processes, and continuous

improvement initiatives.

The Job:

- Responsible for implementing internal audit programs and ensuring the timely closure of Corrective Action

Plans (CAPs) arising from internal and external audits by liaising with relevant internal stakeholders.

- Assist in implementation of compliance related initiatives such as Positive Assurance Program, obtaining

self-audit approvals and achieving agreed customer audit scores and ratings.

- Carry out preliminary audits and follow up on closure of CAPs in onboarding of new customers and factories.
- Ensure that agreements, licences, and certifications are renewed prior to expiry and timely submission of

information that is required by customers and third parties from time to time.





- Ensure compliance with applicable Brand Protection Guidelines within the manufacturing process and

conduct periodic audits at assigned factories as per the approved audit plan and scope.

- Maintain required documentation and MIS in accordance with standards and requirements.

The Person:

Essential: Should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to support

strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Possess a master’s degree or any other equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the compliance function with strong knowledge of audit and

compliance process.

- Strong Knowledge in textile and apparel manufacturing customer audits will be added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Solid Interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
