Role Purpose:

To ensure retainable conversion through a systematic sales planning (not mere budgeting)

Maintain records of sales transactions, inventory, and reports; assist in budgeting and departmental planning

Handle client interactions, resolve complaints, maintain solid relationships, and ensure excellent customer service
