We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead – Saviynt IGA to lead the implementation, enhancement, and management of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Saviynt implementation, access governance, identity lifecycle management, automation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Saviynt IGA solutions.
- Design, configure, and maintain Identity Governance & Administration processes.
- Implement access governance, provisioning, certification, and identity lifecycle management.
- Configure connected and disconnected applications within Saviynt.
- Plan and execute access review certification campaigns.
- Implement reconciliation processes and least privilege access models.
- Configure access approval workflows, birthright provisioning, and Active Directory group management.
- Develop automation using JSON, PowerShell, and Java scripting.
- Plan and execute Saviynt upgrades and platform enhancements.
- Create SOPs, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of Saviynt engineers.
- Manage incidents, problem tickets, service requests, and ITSM queues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver secure IAM solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–12 years of overall experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA).
- Minimum 4 years of current hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA.
- Strong experience in enterprise IAM implementations.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
