Job Title: Lead Conversion & Customer Onboarding Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage the complete customer journey—from converting qualified leads into customers to onboarding them successfully and conducting engaging product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact and follow up with qualified leads through phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
* Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the value of our product.
* Convert leads into paying customers by addressing objections and guiding them through the decision-making process.
* Conduct personalized product/app demonstrations for prospective customers.




* Onboard new customers by assisting with account setup, feature walkthroughs, and initial configuration.
* Ensure customers understand key features and best practices for using the app.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
* Follow up with recent customers to drive product adoption and resolve initial queries.
* Meet monthly lead conversion and onboarding targets.
* Collect customer feedback and share insights for product and process improvements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
