- Supervise daily weaving operations and ensure smooth production flow.
- Achieve shift-wise and monthly production targets.
- Monitor loom efficiency, machine performance, and fabric output.
- Ensure fabric quality standards are maintained and defects are minimized.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for timely machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage and guide weavers, operators, and helpers on the shop floor.
- Monitor yarn consumption and control wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily production, efficiency, and downtime reports.
- Train and support operators to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure proper shift handover and workforce discipline.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production losses.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
