Job Description: We are looking for a talented Project Engineer to oversee and manage our construction projects in the Trivandrum region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sites and clients effectively. Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Update daily work progress with clients, including material and labor arrangements.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Solve site problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
- Allocate resources effectively,



balancing office-based responsibilities with on-site activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work setting.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Valid two-wheeler license.
- Trivandrum residents preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
