Your typical day involves identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing innovative solutions to optimize effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of process design.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
