Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and passionate Ayurveda Therapists to join our Spa & Wellness team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness spa, with strong knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic therapies and excellent guest service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform authentic Ayurvedic therapies and wellness treatments as per SOPs.
- Prepare treatment rooms, therapy equipment, oils, and herbal products before each session.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment areas.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the therapy session.
- Explain treatment procedures and provide post-treatment care advice.
- Maintain treatment records and guest preferences accurately.
- Coordinate with the Spa Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote spa services to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hotel policies.

Requirements





- Diploma/Certification in Ayurveda Therapy or Panchakarma.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Ayurveda Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness spa.
- Positive knowledge of Ayurvedic massage techniques and therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication; additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Strong guest service orientation.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and treatment protocols.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
