Job Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Content Creator to produce engaging content across YouTube and multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, camera confidence, digital media awareness, and a passion for creating high-quality multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

- Develop original content ideas for YouTube and social media platforms
- Create short-form and long-form videos
- Research trending topics and audience interests
- Write scripts, captions, and creative concepts
- Present or host videos on camera where required
- Shoot videos using smartphones, cameras, or studio equipment




- Edit videos professionally with subtitles, graphics, transitions, and sound design

Platform Management

- Upload and schedule content
- Optimize titles, descriptions, thumbnails, hashtags, and SEO
- Monitor analytics, engagement, and audience growth
- Stay updated with digital media trends and platform algorithms

Team Collaboration

- Work with editors, designers, photographers, and marketing teams
- Participate in campaigns, collaborations, and brand integrations

Required Skills

- Strong creativity and storytelling ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of YouTube and social media trends
- Video shooting and editing skills
- Teamwork and multitasking ability
- Passion for digital media and content creation

Qualifications

Preferred:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Film Production, Marketing, Literature, Fashion, or related fields

Equivalent creative experience is also accepted.
