Job Description:

The role involves analysing transaction patterns, identifying suspicious behaviour, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties

· Monitor daily transactions using fraud detection systems and tools.

· Identify unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.

· Perform transaction analysis and investigate fraud alerts.

· Conduct end-point verification of merchants/customers.

· Ensure transactions are aligned with the merchant’s line of business.

· Recommend actions such as blocking, whitelisting, or settlement holds.

· Prepare reports for audit, compliance, and risk teams.

· Coordinate with merchants for invoice copies and supporting documents.

· Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory requirements.

· Continuously improve fraud detection rules and processes.

Key Skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of payment systems (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.)

· Understanding of fraud patterns and risk indicators





· Attention to detail and investigation skills

· Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines

· Valuable communication (for emails, merchant coordination)

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience:

· 2+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Industry Background:

· BFSI, Fintech and NBFC

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
