Tech skill

- Data formats - XML, FIX, JSON, CSV
- Test data management tool - Any
- Data transformation tools - Any
- Technology - main goal is to extract data from existing prod sets to mask/subset and transform into data loaders format ( CSV )

- Currently SMEs going through all test data requirements from various streams.

- To address everyone's need of test data is not scalable in current approach with SIT/E2E/CDE/ITE phase.

Non-tech skill

- Able to discuss various test data requirements with multiple teams

- Work across BAs / Product teams and management to understand requirements, timeline

- Quick learner to understand the complex workflows about the trading cycle and dependencies
