Responsibilities:
- Identify and track government tenders and RFPs related to IT and digital services
- Assist in IT project planning, documentation, and proposal writing
- Generate leads for IT projects through various channels including online platforms
- Manage and respond to inquiries on freelancing portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Collaborate with the technical team for project execution and management
- Support the sales team in client communications and pre-sales activities
- Maintain CRM and report progress to management regularly
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
Key Requirements:
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business, IT, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and project lifecycle
- Interest or experience in government bidding, tender process, or freelancing platforms
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and eager to contribute to team success
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
