Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations, drive admissions, manage team performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for students. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the counseling, sales and operations teams.
- Drive student admissions for Study Abroad, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and SAT programs.
- Ensure monthly admission, revenue and branch performance targets are achieved.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop local marketing and business development strategies to increase student enrollments.




- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporate partners and other stakeholders.
- Develop business development strategies to improve revenue growth.
- Oversee branch administration, reporting, attendance and compliance.
- Coordinate with Head Office to implement company policies and operational excellence.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Branch Management, Education, Sales or Operations.
- Strong leadership, team management and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business and admission targets.
- Experience in the overseas education or test preparation industry is an added advantage.
