Hi, we are hiring a Reservation Executive. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth and efficient booking experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Handle reservations via phone, email, online platforms

- Provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, and amenities.

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.

- Coordinate with the front office and teams to ensure room readiness.

- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records in the reservation system.

- Upsell additional services, such as dining packages, ayurveda treatments, and activities, to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

- Monitor room inventory and ensure optimal occupancy levels.

- Resolve booking issues or complaints with a customer-centric approach.





**Qualifications & Skills**

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).

- Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is a plus.

- Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- A friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-focused attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
