Job Title: Academic Coordinator (CBSE/Cambridge)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Coordinator to lead and oversee the academic operations of the school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and academic quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning and implementation of the academic curriculum.
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom teaching, and student learning outcomes.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate teachers to improve instructional quality.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Plan academic calendars, assessments, and examinations.
- Analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies.
- Organize teacher training, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/Cambridge curriculum standards and school policies.
- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders on academic matters.
- Drive innovative teaching methodologies and best classroom practices.

Eligibility





- Master's Degree in a relevant subject with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Academic Coordinator/Academic Head or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in CBSE and/or Cambridge curriculum is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, teacher development, and academic administration.
