WE ARE HIRING – E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Rioh Decor is looking for one responsible person who can manage the complete daily e-commerce order process.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage website orders and update order status
- Generate invoices, shipping labels and bills
- Coordinate the complete order flow from order receipt to dispatch
- Track RTO, returns, refunds and courier updates
- Maintain daily reports in Excel
- Check products before dispatch for quality, colour, size, finish and working condition
- Verify correct product, quantity and packaging
- Coordinate with the warehouse, packing team and courier partners
- Maintain stock, dispatch and return records
- Help reduce wrong orders,



damages and RTOs

Candidate Requirements:

- Good computer and basic Excel knowledge
- Experience in billing, website panels, e-commerce or warehouse operations preferred
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
- Able to handle multiple tasks and daily order pressure
- Freshers with solid computer skills may also apply
