About Kimirica

Kimirica is a leading luxury bath, body, fragrance, and wellness brand known for creating premium self-care and gifting experiences. We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our growing retail team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism

- Drive store sales, customer conversion, upselling, and cross-selling

- Assist customers with product selection across fragrances, bath & body, skincare, wellness, and gifting categories

- Achieve individual and store sales targets

- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and product displays

- Support billing, inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily store operations

- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, grooming standards, and service guidelines

Requirements

- Experience in Retail Sales, Luxury Retail, Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, Hospitality, Lifestyle, or Premium Consumer Brands preferred





- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

- Passion for sales and customer engagement

- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-facing personality is essential

- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment
