**What you'll do:**

Shoot high-quality videos and photos for social media and marketing campaigns
Create Reels, property walkthroughs, project updates, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content
Plan and execute creative video concepts based on current social media trends
Edit short-form videos with robust hooks, transitions, pacing, subtitles, music, and storytelling
Cover properties, construction sites, interiors, events, team activities, and brand campaigns
Work with the marketing team to develop weekly/fortnightly content plans
Adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
Research trending formats, audio, hooks, and content ideas relevant to real estate
Use AI tools such as Gemini to assist with concepts, scripts, hooks, and content ideation
Maintain organized footage and ensure consistent visual quality across content
