Kutch Soaps, a reputed external formulations manufacturer based in Rajkot, Gujarat, is urgently hiring a Production Pharmacist / Production Chemist. This role involves hands-on work in the production of high-quality cosmetic, personal care, and external pharmaceutical products in a fast-growing manufacturing setup.

Position: Production Pharmacist / Production Chemist
Industry: Cosmetic, Personal Care & Pharma (External Formulations)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily production operations for cosmetic, personal care, and external pharmaceutical formulations
- Prepare, maintain, and review production documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Ensure full compliance with GMP guidelines and internal quality standards
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams for in-process quality checks
- Optimize utilization of raw materials, workforce, and manufacturing equipment
- Oversee inventory control, raw material issuance, and reporting of deviations or production issues




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all production areas
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely, efficient, and smooth manufacturing operations

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in production within cosmetic, personal care, or external pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong understanding of formulation processes, production workflows, and quality systems
- Sound knowledge of documentation practices and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
