Key Responsibilities

- Instructional Leadership: Ensure academic policies and curricula are executed properly, track institutional benchmarks, and guide teachers to maximize their potential.
- Staff Management: Interview, hire, supervise, and evaluate both teaching and non-teaching staff, and provide continuous professional development.
- Student Affairs: Oversee admissions, manage discipline, monitor student performance data,



and resolve grievances from students or parents.
- Administrative Operations: Develop and assign the annual master school schedule, handle the budget, and maintain school facilities.
- Compliance: Ensure the institution strictly adheres to local education board policies (e.g., State guidelines)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
