Product Categories

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following categories:

- Nightwear – Comfort Meets Elegance
- Gymwear & Sportswear – Performance Meets Style
- Knitted Apparel – Innovation Meets Functionality

Key Responsibilities

- Research global fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market insights to develop creative collections.
- Design seasonal collections and product ranges aligned with the brand's vision and target audience.
- Prepare sketches, mood boards, technical drawings, and garment specifications.
- Develop detailed tech packs, measurement charts, and design documents for production.
- Source and select suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and materials based on product requirements.
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, sampling teams,



and production units throughout the product development process.
- Conduct fit reviews and ensure garments meet quality, functionality, fit, and commercial standards.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, fabric innovations, and competitor products to continuously improve design concepts.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Experience in Nightwear, Gymwear, Sportswear, or Knitted Apparel is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, fabrics, and fit techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
- Excellent creative, technical, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
