Hiring: Site Supervisor – Interior Works

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage interior execution and fit-out projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, consultants, and project managers.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and work schedules before execution.
- Monitor civil work, false ceilings, partitions, carpentry, furniture, flooring, painting, polishing, glass, metal, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Check site measurements and verify material requirements.
- Monitor material receipt, usage, storage, and wastage.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper work discipline.




- Track project progress and report delays, risks, and site issues to the project team.
- Prepare weekly site progress reports.
- Support snag identification, rectification, and final project handover.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, institutional, retail, office, or similar fit-out projects.
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and services drawings.
- Good understanding of interior materials, installation methods, and finishing standards.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Robust attention to quality, safety, timelines, and cost control.
- Require to travel at outstation project sites as required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and site reporting is preferred.

Experience in high-specification, government, institutional, or heritage-sensitive projects will be an advantage.
