Job Summary

Aruna Promoters Pvt. Ltd., a leading steel fabrication company specializing in Ship Hatch Covers and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrical Engineer to manage, maintain, and execute all electrical activities related to fabrication yards, workshops, and project sites. The role demands hands-on expertise in industrial electrical systems, machinery, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, install, operate, and maintain industrial electrical systems in fabrication yards and project sites
- Electrical installation and maintenance of welding machines, CNC machines, EOT cranes, cutting machines, compressors, and fabrication equipment
- Supervise electrical works related to PEB structures and ship hatch cover fabrication projects
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory norms, and company SOPs
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and minimize machine downtime
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Prepare electrical BOQs,



power load calculations, and wiring layouts
- Manage electrical contractors, technicians, and helpers
- Monitor power consumption and suggest energy-efficient practices
- Maintain records related to electrical maintenance, inspections, and breakdown reports
- Support commissioning and testing of new machinery and electrical installations

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial / fabrication / heavy engineering environments
- Age Limit: Below 40 years

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls
- Experience in fabrication yard electrical setup and maintenance
- Familiarity with EOT cranes, welding equipment, and heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical compliance standards
- Valuable coordination and team management skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Immediate Joining Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
