Additional Parameters:

Job Summary:

As the Head-Treasury at Titan, you will be responsible for overseeing all treasury operations and managing the company's financial risks. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement treasury strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective cash management, liquidity, and risk management

- Monitor and analyze financial market trends and provide recommendations to senior management on investment opportunities and strategies

- Manage the company's cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations

- Oversee the management of foreign exchange risks and develop hedging strategies





- Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for financing and banking services

- Lead a team of treasury professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success

- Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management and the board of directors

- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to treasury operations

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a RP company

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and risk management techniques

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA) is a plus

Work Experience

- CA with 16-18 Years of experience
- Experience in Risk Management, Strategic thinking, strategised investment policies and decisions, Project finance, internaltional finance & business finance
- Understanding of commodities, latest macro-economic trends
- Understanding of forex management
- Knowledge of debt / equity market
- Knowledge of hedging & Fund Management
- Understanding of regulations pertaining to forex, RBI, FEMA, government etc.
