Job Description:

- This is a full-time in office role for an Academic Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing academic advising, student counseling, and career counseling services to students. Their main responsibilities include guiding students towards meeting their educational goals, preparing academic plans, and providing feedback on academic performance. The Academic Counselor will work closely with faculty and staff to support student success.

Duties:

- Student Counseling and Communication skills
- Career Counseling and Academic Advising skills
- Knowledge of Education policies and regulations




- Experience in student services or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Need to speak Kannada, Hindi and English
