Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2C sales executives

 Drive team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

 Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback

 Handle sales planning, pipeline management, and conversion strategies

 Ensure effective follow-up on leads and maintain high conversion ratios

 Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead flow and campaign execution

 Handle escalations, customer concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction

 Prepare and submit sales reports and performance metrics to management

 Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity within the team Requirements & Qualifications

 Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (EdTech or related field preferred)

 At least 2 years of proven experience in team handling

 Strong knowledge of B2C sales processes and inside sales





 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

 Target-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales goals

 Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
