Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and emergency medical care to patients in the ICU, OPD, and inpatient wards.
- Assist senior doctors and specialists in diagnosing and treating diseases.
- Monitor patient conditions, update medical records, and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Support critical care, general medicine, and emergency departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety guidelines.
- Educate patients about treatment procedures, medications, and post-hospitalization care.
- Participate in clinical rounds, audits, and training programs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized university (Medical Council of India-approved).
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council.
- Robust clinical knowledge and diagnostic decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
