Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital General Manager to oversee the overall operations of a reputed hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hospital administration, operational efficiency, financial performance, quality standards, and patient satisfaction while leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Lead and manage clinical, administrative, and support teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and strategic plans.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Monitor hospital budgets, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, statutory regulations, and healthcare policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, nursing teams, and external stakeholders.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Handle staff recruitment, performance management,



and employee engagement in coordination with the HR department.
- Prepare management reports and present operational updates to senior leadership.

Eligibility

- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA (Hospital Management), Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, NABH standards, budgeting, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
