Branch Manager – Kochi

Kurikkal Group is expanding and launching a recent branch in Kochi. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall branch operations and daily activities.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock, cash collection, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Implement company policies and maintain branch discipline.
- Submit regular sales and operational reports to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or branch management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Experience:
Preferred Background:

- Candidates with experience in the furnishing, furniture, home décor, interior, building materials, mattress, plywood, sanitary, tiles, or related retail sectors will be given preference.
- Candidates currently working as Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Marketing Executives, Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, or similar leadership roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong experience in sales development, team management, customer relationship management, and business growth will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
