WeCredit is hiring an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits of loan operations, payment transactions, and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
- Review loan disbursements, repayments, reconciliations, and payment processes to identify risks and control gaps.
- Prepare audit reports, recommend process improvements, and track closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support statutory, internal, and regulatory audits.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of Internal Audit experience in an NBFC (FinTech NBFC experience preferred).
- Solid knowledge of loan operations, payment audits, RBI regulations, GST, and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
