Site Supervision

- Supervise daily civil construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance.
- Allocate daily work to labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Quality Control

- Check quality of concrete, brickwork, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.
- Ensure all work complies with company quality standards.
- Report defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Material Management

- Monitor receipt and proper storage of construction materials.
- Prevent material wastage.
- Maintain daily records of material consumption.
- Coordinate with the purchase/store department for material requirements.

Labour Management

- Supervise skilled and unskilled labour.
- Maintain labour attendance records.
- Ensure discipline and productivity at the site.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure workers use proper PPE.
- Enforce all safety regulations.
- Report accidents or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Record manpower deployment and completed work.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Coordination

- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fabrication, and mechanical teams.
- Attend project review meetings.
- Ensure smooth workflow among all departments.

Required Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- ITI or relevant civil construction experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
- Experience in industrial buildings, poultry farms, hatcheries, warehouses, factories, or commercial projects will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Reading civil drawings.

- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
