​We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will design and build scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess robust backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, paired with up-to-date front-end capabilities in React. You will be responsible for hands-on development, containerization, CI/CD DevOps practices, and driving modern software engineering standards.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
- ​Microservices & APIs: Architect and enhance robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- ​Event-Driven Architecture: Design and implement data-streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka.
- ​DevOps & Cloud: Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications via Docker and Kubernetes. Build and maintain seamless CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- ​Performance & Quality: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, optimize database performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues using root-cause analysis.
- ​Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architects) in an Agile/Scrum environment.

​Must-Have Skills

- ​Backend: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- ​Architecture:



Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST API design.
- ​Messaging/Streaming: Practical experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams/Lambda Streams, and Kafka Security.
- ​Frontend: Front-end development experience with React (or Angular/Node.js), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- ​Databases: Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), database design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
- ​DevOps & Tools: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins CI/CD.
- ​Testing: Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using JUnit and API testing frameworks.
- ​Cloud: Foundational experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

​Nice-to-Have Skills

- ​AI/ML Innovation: Exposure to AI-assisted development tools, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts, or LLM integrations into enterprise applications.
- ​Extended Tech Stack: Experience with Spring Cloud, OpenShift, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- ​Observability: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- ​Automation & Security: Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform; security compliance tools like SonarQube, Nexus, and Artifactory.

​Required Qualifications

- ​Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ​Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- ​Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members when needed.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
