Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and campaign management. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in planning, executing, and managing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently manage end-to-end marketing initiatives, including:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and offline channels.
- Manage campaign planning, budgeting, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Creative, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.




- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to support their professional growth.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing and campaign management.
- Proven experience in successfully planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience in the IT Services or Technology industry will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate to Pune.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
