Key Responsibilities:

- Drive ERP solutions sales in the US market, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and ERP offerings.
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients through strategic outreach and presentations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to propose tailored ERP solutions that align with client objectives.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Analyze and report on market trends, competition,



and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven 10+ years of experience in ERP solutions sales, particularly in the US market.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, implementation processes, and value propositions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shift schedules as required.
- Candidates based in Bangalore will be given preference.
