About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Animator with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our animation team. The ideal candidate should have strong animation fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create high-quality character and object animations for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D character, creature, and object animations.
- Understand storyboards, animatics, and creative briefs to develop engaging animations.
- Apply principles of animation such as timing, weight, spacing, and acting.
- Collaborate with modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, and production teams.
- Refine animations based on feedback from supervisors and clients.
- Ensure animation quality meets project requirements and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot animation and rigging issues when necessary.
- Maintain consistency in animation style across projects.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Blender (mandatory).
- Knowledge of character animation, body mechanics, facial animation, and lip-sync.




- Good understanding of camera movements and cinematic storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working on animation films, TV series, advertisements, gaming, or digital content.
- Knowledge of rigging, lighting, or rendering is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
