Job Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our institution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a qualified manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive environment
- Maintain records, appointments, and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Provide accurate information about courses and services

Required Skill Sets:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude

- Any degree
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in front office/customer handling is an added advantage
