The Branch Manager in an NBFC is responsible for overseeing branch operations with a strong focus on loan portfolio growth, credit quality, and customer acquisition. The role involves managing sales teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing risk, and driving profitability while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Drive business growth by achieving targets in loan products
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and market expansion
- Handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution
- Achieve monthly target
- improve overall business of the company
- Customer relationship and customer service.
- Own overall branch objectives and branch supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· 3 or above years of experience in NBFCs, banking, or financial services
· Proven experience in managing loan portfolios and branch operations
· Strong knowledge of lending products, credit risk, and collections
· Familiarity with regulatory norms and compliance requirements (e.g., RBI guidelines)
· Experience in team handling and target-driven environments
Salary-25k-35k
