Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and promote our Financial services. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify prospective clients, and work closely with the firm's professionals to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Promote the firm's services, including financial advisory.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, accounting, taxation, or skilled services.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of GST, and business compliance services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Salary

- Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.
- Travel allowance (if applicable).

Preferred Candidate

- Experience selling professional or financial services.
- Strong local business network.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with business owners, identifying opportunities, and helping clients access reliable compliance services and financial services.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
