Job Summary

The Pick-up & Drop Driver is responsible for safely collecting customers' vehicles from their location and delivering them to the service center, as well as returning serviced vehicles to customers on time. The role requires safe driving practices, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up customer vehicles from designated locations and deliver them to the service center.
- Return serviced vehicles to customers promptly and safely.
- Inspect vehicles before pick-up and delivery and report any existing damages.
- Ensure proper documentation during vehicle handover and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles, if assigned.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor regarding pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Assist in moving vehicles within the showroom, workshop, or stockyard when required.
- Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain courteous and skilled behavior while interacting with customers.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
