Job Description – Telecaller

Location: Delhi (Head Office)

About the Role

One Group is looking for an energetic and well-spoken Telecaller to join our Delhi head office. The role involves outbound and inbound calling to generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects for our residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/leads to generate interest in ongoing projects
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information on project details, pricing, and availability
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel
- Maintain and update call logs, lead status, and customer information in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely handover of qualified leads




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant team
- Maintain a polite, skilled, and persuasive tone on all calls

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling/telesales (real estate)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good listening skills and a persuasive, customer-friendly approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet targets
- Punctual, disciplined, and target-driven

Preferred

- Prior experience in real estate telecalling/telesales
- Familiarity with CRM software used for lead management

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
