## About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Video Editor** with experience in editing high-quality digital content and leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form content, visual storytelling, and social media trends.

## Key Responsibilities

* Edit digital advertisements, brand films, and social media content.

* Create engaging short-form videos for **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.**

* Transform scripts and ideas into compelling visual stories using creative cuts, transitions, and pacing.

* Optimize content for audience retention, engagement, and platform performance.

* Collaborate with creative strategists, writers, and marketing teams.

* Design basic graphics, text animations, and thumbnails while maintaining brand consistency.

* Incorporate AI tools to enhance editing speed, quality, and overall workflow.

## Required Skills

* 2–5 years of professional video editing experience.

* Strong proficiency in:

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe Photoshop

* Canva

* Working knowledge of **Adobe After Effects** (preferred).

* Excellent understanding of short-form video formats and current social media trends.

## AI Tools (Must Have)





Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

* Runway

* Pika

* Descript

* CapCut AI

* Adobe Firefly

* Midjourney (for creative assets)

Candidates should be comfortable integrating AI tools into daily editing workflows, including:

* Auto-cutting

* AI subtitles

* Voiceovers

* Translation

* Visual enhancement and upscaling

* AI-assisted storytelling and rapid content creation

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience editing branded content, advertisements, or creator/influencer content.

* Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.

* Familiarity with YouTube Analytics and performance-driven editing.

* Motion graphics experience is an added advantage.
