- II PU required; Graduation preferred.
- Austswim TSW certification.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
B. Competencies
- Strong swimming skills and fitness.
- Ability to plan and deliver swim lessons.
- Effective communication with swimmers, parents, and staff.
- Positive knowledge of aquatic safety and teaching techniques.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
C. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons as per Austswim standards and lesson plans.
- Ensure swimmer safety at all times.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Maintain effective communication, punctuality, professionalism, and hygiene.
- Support during emergencies and perform additional duties as assigned.
