The Accountant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial processes. This role involves managing a team of accountants, handling financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
- Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance




- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and reporting

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Qualified certification such as CA / CPA / CMA (preferred)
- 5–10 years of accounting experience, including managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., TallyPrime)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
