We’re Hiring: Head of Finance | GK & Gurgaon

We are looking for a agile and experienced finance professional for a Head of Finance role with a leading Healthcare client.

Location: GK & Gurgaon
Workstation: GK (once or twice weekly visits to Gurgaon)
Budget: Up to ₹18 LPA
Team Handling: 3 Members
Qualification: CA Qualified

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle accounting and month-end close operations for eye day care centers across 2 locations
- Reconcile transactions across TPA/Panel partners, patient co-pays, vendors, and professional associates
- Review and monitor ledger entries prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare monthly MIS reports as per management requirements
- Ensure complete compliance with Indian statutory regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Manage working capital, cash flow planning,



and financial controls
- Drive financial discipline, reporting accuracy, and process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

- Post Articleship 3+ years of strong experience in Accounting, Finance Operations & Compliance
- Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Service Industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on experience in MIS, cash flow management, and statutory compliance
- Ability to work closely with management and drive business finance decisions.
