Candidates should be eager to learn and build a career in Online Bidding / Business Development.
Basic understanding of SEO, designing, and development projects (training will be provided).
Knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and Freelancer is a plus.
Valuable communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn and other online portals (preferred but not mandatory).
Willingness to learn proposal writing and client handling.

Responsibilities:

Search and bid on relevant projects on freelancing platforms.
Write proposals and communicate with clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team.
Learn bidding strategies and improve conversions.
