Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
- Expedite all shop drawings and approvals.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, safety, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries. Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists.



Control and monitor labor material and equipment expenses.
- Knowledge in BOQ, Billing, Reconciliation, Estimating quantities for interior scope of works.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of design processes, project management methodologies, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Trello) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, 2D, 3D, Sketch Up).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
