Hiring: HR Manager

Organisation : Sri Kurumba Educational and Charitable Trust (CSR Wing of SOBHA Ltd.)

Location : Vadakkencherry, Palakkad

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete end-to-end HR functions of the organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, and the ability to independently manage HR operations for an organisation with 300+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall HR operations and end-to-end HR functioning of the organisation
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention activities
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and employee records management
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare programs
- Coordinate and manage HR team activities effectively
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and compliance records
- Support management in organisational development and HR strategic planning




- Ensure timely execution of HR processes and operational activities

Requirements

- Graduation/Post Graduation in HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR domain
- Candidates currently working as HR Manager or in higher positions preferred
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRMS and HR documentation

Salary & Benefits
