Business Development Manager - Managed Print Services

- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 3+ years
- Department: Service Sales

Key Responsibilities:





Business Development / Customer Engagement / Solution & Proposal Development / Account Growth / Internal Coordination / Market Intelligence / Develop a team in due course.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- New MPS contract wins
- Revenue from managed print services
- Current logo customer acquisition
- Pipeline generation and conversion ratio
- Contract renewals and account expansion

Experience

- 3 + years of experience in IT infrastructure, office automation, or managed services sales.
- Experience in enterprise or corporate B2B sales.
- Exposure to MPS or enterprise printing solutions is preferred.

Skills Required / Education

- Robust business development and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Good understanding of managed services and solution selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Any degree or above
